September often brings a sense of change – a return to school, to work, and to a calendar full of exciting events. As the season picks up, it’s worth staying organized and choosing the best places to be this fall. Here’s our list of tech and AI conferences coming up in September and October!

In Poland

As our experts and startups are primarily based in Poland, we want to highlight some of the most exciting events in the country and give you a closer look at what they are about.

  • Confitura + AI & NLP Day | September 19-20 | Warsaw

Confitura is one of Poland’s longest-running software conferences. The sessions cover everything from practical coding tips to new ideas shaping the software industry, making it a good place to learn, share experiences, and meet people from the tech community. This year, Confitura will take place together with AI & NLP Day 2025 — a two-day event focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.

CAKE conf is a community-driven, non-profit event organized by Content Bytes. It focuses on all aspects of content — from UX writing and documentation to AI, accessibility, and team management. The conference brings together technical writers, UX designers, developers, product and content managers, marketers, translators, and others who work with content and want to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and connect with peers. If you are content or community oriented, go to CAKE!

  • PL:ON | September 24-26 | Olsztyn

PL:ON is a festival of Innovation, focused on the crucial areas of development in Poland. The event brings together people from tech, business, administration, science, and cultural backgrounds, to integrate and innovate together.  The focus is networking, exchange of ideas and competencies, and sparking important discussions & debates around modern challenges.

The Women TechStyle Summit 2025 is one of the largest Polish conferences dedicated to women in IT. This year’s edition takes place fully online. The event is aimed at women working across different areas of tech and features talks from speakers representing leading companies in Poland and abroad. Participants will also have a chance to visit virtual booths of well-known and innovative IT companies. Attendance is free of charge.

‘Not your standard IT Conference’ – this is something we often hear about the similar events. Beyond Code, though, goes really far beyond the tech talk. It allows the people from the industry to meet and talk surrounded by the nature of Polish mountains, networking is reinvented there and looks at the self-development with a proper dose of self-care.

Tauron Arena invites in October to the largest hackathon in this part of Europe, 24 full hours of solving problems with technology. You can already check the outline of this year’s challenges and decide if you want to face them with your team.

Alongside product-oriented, software, and dev conferences, smart governance gains its momentum. AgileByExample invites you to three days of intensive, example-driven content featuring global experts and deep dives into strategic agile governance and data-powered decision-making.

·       AIBA | October 8-10 | Katowice/Online

AIBA is a conference connecting AI experts with business leaders to explore how artificial intelligence supports growth and innovation. After two editions, it has become a key event in the CEE region for sharing experiences with adopting AI in business. The 2025 theme highlights the role of human intelligence – creativity, empathy, ethics, and context – as the driving force behind AI-powered organizations.

The largest strictly AI oriented event in Poland happens this October in the capital. AI Summit brings together great voices from the field and allows the practitioners to learn and engage in exciting opportunities.

Right after the AI Summit, you can hop on to Machine Learning focus at ML in PL Conference – a non-archival scientific conference on machine learning research and applications, organized by non-profit ML in PL Association. Soon the list of this year’s speakers will be published, and knowing the engagement with largest actors like Meta or OpenAI, we are already excited.

Last but not least, in the end of October, you can take a walk by the sea, visiting Gdańsk for the Digital Culture Forum. Organized by the Institute of Urban Culture, it provides a bit alternative outlook on the tech topics.

Europe & Türkiye

Outside of Poland, the pot is boiling as well. Particularly exciting events for our community are spanning Europe and Türkiye.

North America

Overseas, there is always heat in AI and tech fields! We picked some events that offer online participation, in case the USA is a bit far for you.

At ExpertHub we have a busy lineup of events this fall ourselves, and some of the positions from today’s list are already on our calendar. If you’re planning to attend too, let us know – it would be great to meet up for a coffee and a chat!
